16.1 Delivery & Tariffs: We support global delivery to designated countries/regions (see website for details), with some regions not supported due to policy restrictions. Freight charges are calculated based on destination weight tiers, as specified on the checkout page. Import duties and VAT are your responsibility, though we can assist with customs clearance documentation. While customs delays are not our responsibility, we may help track progress.

16.2 Payment and refund: Support Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and other international payment methods; the settlement currency is subject to the order submitted, and the difference will not be adjusted due to exchange rate fluctuations; -If the payment fails, the deducted money will be returned in the original way within 7 working days.

16.3 Compliance Statement: We guarantee that the goods comply with the regulations of Chinas export and import countries, and you shall comply with the import policies of the host countries.

Article 17 Consumer protection

17.1 Return policy: You can apply for return within 30 days after receiving the goods (except customized goods, food, etc.), the goods should be unpacked and not affect the secondary sale, and you shall bear the freight of return (except for quality problems).

17.2 Quality commitment: The goods meet the Chinese export standards and the certification of the importing country (such as CE, FDA), and relevant certificates can be checked; we shall be liable for compensation if any loss is caused by quality problems.

17.3 As a consumer, you may claim your rights in accordance with the Law on the Protection of The Rights and Interests of Consumers and relevant laws of the country where you are located.

Article 18 Dispute settlement and jurisdictional law

18.1 Disputes shall be settled through negotiation first. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, the dispute may be submitted to a competent court in the companys location (Guangzhou) or applied for local mediation in accordance with the laws of the importing country.

18.2 This Clause shall be governed by the laws of China; if there are mandatory provisions on consumer rights and interests in your country, such provisions shall take precedence.
